A growing international company in the shipbuilding sector is looking for a responsible and motivated Foreman to help organize production processes and coordinate team operations.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 15–20 employees in hull production
• Plan production work according to the schedule
• Monitor work progress, ensure quality, and provide reports
• Perform visual inspections (welding, assembly)
• Participate in client meetings and progress presentations

Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge and experience in hull production processes
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Responsible attitude, good planning and organizational abilities
• Ability to evaluate welding and assembly quality
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
