Current Opening: Welder (131 Process) – Based in Klaipėda

We are seeking experienced 131 MIG/MAG welders to join our team in Klaipėda for ongoing shipbuilding and reconstruction projects. Previous experience in ship structure welding is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks on shipbuilding and reconstruction projects

• Read and follow technical drawings and specifications

• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and safe work execution

• Comply with all safety and quality standards on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience (131 process)

• Experience with ship structures is a strong asset

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Responsible, precise, and reliable work ethic

• English or Russian language skills are an advantage
